House of Pops is an art and design studio encompassing original fine art, art licensing collections, and cultural essay writing. All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, sculptures, written essays, branding (including but not limited to "House of Pops," "World of Whim," "Field Office," "Cosmic Convenience," and "Elsewhere"), and other creative content displayed on the Site (the "Content") are the original work of Kam / Pops K. Ümlang and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No reproduction without permission. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent.
Licensing inquiries. Surface pattern designs and illustrated collections shown under Art Licensing are available for licensing through direct arrangement only. Viewing a design on this Site does not grant any license to use it.
Personal viewing only. You may view the Site and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Purchases & Third-Party Platforms
Some artwork, prints, or products referenced on the Site may be sold through third-party platforms (such as Saatchi Art or Creative Market). Purchases made through these platforms are subject to that platform's own terms, payment processing, shipping policies, and return/refund policies — not these Terms. House of Pops is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party sites.
4. Blog & Editorial Content
